What each check does
The sponsor check searches the Home Office register of licensed sponsors, so you can see whether an employer holds a Skilled Worker licence before you spend time on an application.
The salary check compares a salary with the Skilled Worker rules for the job's occupation code: the general threshold, the going rate and the new-entrant rate. It shows each step of the working.
The Graduate visa timeline shows how long a Graduate visa lasts under the published rules, and roughly when it ends. To switch to a Skilled Worker visa from inside the UK, you need to apply before your Graduate visa ends, so the job offer and certificate of sponsorship need to come before then.
The tools show what the published rules say. They do not decide anything: employers decide who they hire and sponsor, and the Home Office decides visa applications.
